When do I take it? – Whey isolate can be taken at anytime of the night or day but it is best to take it directly after training as this is ideal for immediate replenishment for damaged muscle cells.
How should I take it? - Mix one powder serving with anything up to 300ml of milk or water. Understandably, mixing your protein shake with milk will increase the overall protein, carbohydrate, fat and lactose content.
