Returns & Refunds

Any damaged or faulty stock received within 7 days will be replaced at no additional charge.
 
Any incorrect orders through the fault of Whey Natural will be replaced or the customer will receive a full refund once the goods have been returned within 7 days. 

All goods incorrectly ordered by the customer will be fully refunded if the customer returns the goods within 7 days of delivery and unopened.  The customer will cover all postage costs.

Whey Natural needs to be notified via email within 48 hours of delivery for any refund to be processed.  The following details are required

Return Policy


You need to supply the following information

1. Name and contact details
2. Invoice Number
3. Name of product to be returned
4. Date on invoice
5. Reason for return
6. Your contact details

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent any damage during shipping.
The customer must include original invoice.

The product shipping carton should be addressed to the following address;

Damaged in Transit Product


In the event that the product is damaged in transit from Whey Natural to you, you should

Refuse delivery
Direct the courier to "Return the goods to sender"
Notify Whey Natural immediately.

If you have already accepted the goods and then notice the the product is damaged you should notify Whey Natural immediately.
It is your responsibility to package the product and send it back to Whey Natural as addressed above.
If the product is deemed by Whey Natural to be damaged during transit then Whey Natural  will refund the total purchase price including all courier costs with in 14 days after the goods have been returned.
If it is determined by Whey Natural that the products were not damaged due to transit, it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced for all associated couriers costs.

Incorrectly Shipped Goods

In the event that you have received an incorrect product at the fault of Whey Natural, you should notify Whey Natural immediately to arrange a return and refund.

Incorrect Address

If by accident you give us an incorrect delivery address it is no responsibility of Whey Natural.  We will do our best to track your item but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate it.  It is your responsibility to make sure all your details are correct when placing an order.

No Return Basis

The term "No Return Basis" means that unless the product has been damaged in transit or an incorrect product has been shipped then Whey Natural will not accept any goods for return.

All goods listed on invoice as "No Return"
